Returns & Exchanges

At Sold Out NYC, we want you to love your limited-edition pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
